Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Salt of the Earth! We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days within the U.S. once your order has shipped.

Pre-Orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, it will ship as soon as the product becomes available. Estimated shipping windows will be listed on the product page. All of our sea salt is hand-harvested in small batches to preserve its purity and mineral richness. Because of this, please allow up to 2 weeks for harvesting and processing before your order is shipped. We appreciate your patience and support for slow, intentional sourcing.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at saltoftheearthmarket@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.
